Star artists loom into view London's latest art venue, The Dairy, opens with a debut show by Banners of Persuasion, who have commissioned fourteen contemporary artists to design limited edition tapestries. 'Demons, Yarns and Tales' shows us how the artists familiar languages of palm, paper, pencil, ink, canvas. ceramic or wood panel are translated into hand-woven stitch and silk yarn. Among them 'Buller prizewinner Grayson Perry explores the imagery of war and global terrorism, while Peter Blake presents a colourful alphabet of historical typography.
